Payment: 

Once you have contacted me and all of the details have been agreed upon, I will require a 30% non-refundable deposit in order to secure your booking. 

Upon completion of the commission, I will then require the remainder of the agreed price before shipping the piece to you.

Photographs: 

Please ensure that before sending me any photographs that you do have permission to use them. For any photographs taken by a professional, you will need to obtain permission from the photographer.

Shipping:

For UK shipping, all orders will be shipped using Royal Mail Special delivery Guaranteed by 1PM the next day to reduce the amount of time spent in transit. This is fully tracked with photo and signature on delivery and can be insured up to £750, £1000, or £2500. The value of the order will determine which level of insurance will be chosen.

If an order is lost or damaged in transit this will be dealt with by me through Royal Mail and the client will receive any compensation awarded through the insurance of the shipping.

As the artist, I will retain all rights to use the final drawing for my website and other portfolios. Clients do not have any right to reproduce and sell copies without specific permission to do so by the myself .
