Commissions
If you would like to order a commission, please visit the contact page and fill out the form with the details of what your would like to order. I will then respond to you via email to discuss and confirm your booking.

This page will detail the process of booking a commission.
1. Choosing a size and medium
Commissions are available in both coloured pencil and graphite pencil. There are examples of both of these mediums on the gallery page of this website. If you are unsure which you would like, this can be discussed after selecting reference photos.

Shipping NOT included in price.
Price guide is based on portrait of a single subject with no background.
Please add 15% per additional subject and 20% for a background depending on complexity.
Please note a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
2. Choosing a reference photo
Choosing the right reference photo is essential for ensuring a high-quality and realistic drawing.
Here is a small guide on which photos would be good reference photos and which would be poor reference photos.

No depth and lower resolution
High-quality drawings are not always achievable from low-quality references, especially on a large scale. However, if no other photos are available, a lower-quality image may still be used for a small, graphite portrait.
3. Contact
Once you have chosen your reference photos, continue to the contact page here. Please make sure all of your details are correct and read the terms and conditions before submitting the contact form.

After you have submitted your contact form, I will then get in touch with you to discuss the details of your order. During these discussions with you, I will need to be sent any reference photos and we will confirm all details are correct before I start the drawing.
4. Payment and Shipping
Once details have been confirmed, I will require a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking and for me to begin work.
Upon completion of the commission, I will then require the remainder of the agreed price before shipping your order to you.
For UK shipping, all orders will be shipped using Royal Mail Special delivery Guaranteed by 1PM the next day. This is fully tracked with photo and signature on delivery and can be insured up to £750, £1000, or £2500. The value of the order will determine which level of insurance will be chosen. This may incur additional costs for orders with multiple commissions.
